As COO of the Delaney Agency, Mike is the architect behind the agency’s operational excellence. With expertise in scaling businesses, process optimization, and strategic growth, he ensures that agents have top-tier systems, training, and support to succeed.

His leadership plays a key role in streamlining pathways for both new and experienced agents to thrive in a sustainable, duplicatable, and scalable business model.

Is this a remote position?

Yes. We understand that freedom and flexibility are earned through discipline and the ability to get results. 
Our hybrid model allows you the freedom to work from home and the opportunity to connect in person.

Our 100% commission model means the more people you help, the more you earn. Uncapped! A true $100k+ opportunity in your first year, with top performers hitting $200k+.

Interview > Licensing > Training > Add Value + Get Paid.

NO. Many of the top leaders in our agency come from a variety of different backgrounds. While sales skills are helpful, the ability to learn skills and develop professionally are must.

While it would be easy to point to our exceptional A-rated carrier partners or world class compensation model these don’t quite sum it up completely. It is our people that make the difference! Our team members and leadership understand not only the value of what we do, but even more importantly they understand the value of who we do it for and the necessity to grow ourselves to make an impact. Culture eats strategy for breakfast and we are Hungry!

You can be part time, just not part committed. We have team members who do this at many levels

 

  •  Side hustle – earn an additional $500 to $1500 / mo
  • Part Time – earn an additional $2500 – $5000 / mo
  • Full Time – $8000/ mo ++++
