Before he was a top producer and agency owner, Luke Jackson was chasing a lifelong dream on the baseball field. But three months in, everything changed. He saw that this business wasn’t just about policies rather about people.

In the beginning, Luke battled anxiety, self-doubt, and fear. Picking up the phone to call families required every ounce of courage he had. “I was terrified to speak. My biggest fear wasn’t failure, it was public speaking,” he recalls. “There were days I had to count down 3-2-1 just to start dialing.”
