Before joining Symmetry Financial Group, Jimmy spent two decades in the hospitality industry, rising to the role of General Manager and earning a strong six-figure income. Despite professional success, he felt overworked, underfulfilled, and concerned about his health. That’s when he made the courageous decision to seek a better life.

In 2013, Jimmy joined Symmetry and went from rookie to top producer in record time. He was a two-time Top Sales Rep, a Global Trip Qualifier, and in 2015, he built the #1 agency base shop. But Jimmy didn’t chase trophies—he built people.

Jimmy not only found a new career, but a new purpose. Drawn by the culture and people, he embraced the company’s mission of personal growth and helping others.
