Before entering the insurance industry, Trey spent years in hospitality and corporate sales – chasing promotions that often led nowhere fulfilling. Despite his work ethic, he found himself trapped in a cycle of “doing more for less,” where growth meant sacrificing happiness. Now a Regional Agency Director, Trey leads with the same heart-driven philosophy that shaped his journey. He works closely with families, helping them protect what matters most while training new agents to do the same. His belief in people and his ability to foster genuine relationships have become his hallmark. Clients know him not as a salesman but as someone who sits at their table, listens deeply, and leads with integrity.
For Trey, success isn’t measured only in numbers but in moments – sharing home-cooked meals with clients, watching new agents find confidence, and knowing that the work he does truly matters. “This business has given me purpose, freedom, and a family I never expected,” he says. “And now, I get to help others find the same.”
