What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income?

Before Symmetry I was teaching English as a Second Language at a local public school system. I had maxed out the pay scale at $34,000 a year. I realized there was a problem when more and more results were required of me while fewer and fewer resources were provided.

What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?

I was first attracted to Symmetry by the ability to earn financial and time freedom which would allow me to pursue my personal interests to make a greater impact on my world. The ability to build a business in a way which enables income to continue rolling in whether I show up to the office or not.

How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

Since starting with Symmetry my life has changed significantly in many amazing ways. I now have a tribe of winners I work with daily; people with similar goals and visions encouraging each other to build their dreams! I have learned about self-development and am on a life-long journey to become my best self while helping others do the same. My family has flexibility and freedom to do what is best for us regardless of what the economy does.

What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

With the newfound personal capacity and time freedom I have earned alongside my husband here, combined with the encouragement from my mentors and friends at Symmetry; I am now able to take the time to homeschool my two children and my nephew and nieces, continue building my business, and direct the Global Initiatives program at my local church. These opportunities allow me to practically live out my life’s mission of adding value and leaving a lasting legacy. There is no way I would and could have done all of this with any other company model nor any other company culture!

What advice do you have for a new agent?

My best advice for new agents is to follow the directions of your mentor to the letter. They know what works best and how that will work for your individual personality and situation. Massive Action combined with Constant Correction will get you further faster. Be sure to clarify your own reason for doing this and what you want your future to look like for yourself and your family so you can actively pursue a specific goal.
