Leaders who talked more about making a difference than making an living. Ability to create schedule, uncapped income.

How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

I make a better income than I have ever before while actually working fewer hours. My income isn’t tied to me personally producing anymore. The money I make makes me happy but the person I’m becoming fulfills. I love how being in this challenges me to reach for new levels within myself daily.

What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

I’m able to coach my sons baseball team! (I was a former college and minor league baseball player so this is huge for me and something I never had the opportunity to do in my previous jobs.) I’m engaged now and my fiance, son and I will be traveling to Cuba this Summer. My brother is in the process of getting his Insurance license and will be joining my Agency.

What advice do you have for a new agent?

COMMIT! Doesn’t matter what path/career you choose. Just decide to commit and throw your entire self at the opportunity.
