Car Sales, making less than $50,000 a year.

What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?

The Values they stand upon! I was already doing pretty well in my early twenties.  I had a passion for sales and entrepreneurship and I knew where I wanted to go.  But it seemed as if I could never get there. All that changed when I found Symmetry and went to a National Conference where I saw people talking about mindset, personal growth and freedom versus money. I saw people learn to grow their minds to grow their life and I wanted to be a part of that.  I knew I had all the potential in the world, but where I struggled was finding the mental capacity to change my dreams into reality.

How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

I believe in myself now. I now know if I put my mind to anything, I can accomplish everything I ever wanted. I learned that it’s more important to work on yourself than your business, because I only can grow my business, my life, my finances only to the level of my belief. Today I stand more capable than I’ve ever stood in my life, but in the same moment I stand the least capable I’ll ever be.  And that’s because I know that the future successful version me is counting on me to grow myself, to assure that he will exist! Life prior to Symmetry was trying to figure out what I wanted to do in life.  Life with Symmetry is knowing exactly who Gino Locklear is and exactly how to accomplish any and everything I put my mind to.

What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

For starters, I am DEBT FREE! It amazes me what I’ve been able to accomplish in the 2 short years with this company.
Going into Symmetry the titles I’d created for myself were “college dropout, military dropout, don’t finish anything you start, and etc.”  But today, I look in the mirror and I’m proud of what I see. I’ve built myself into someone who can make over 6-figures a year, someone who finishes what he starts, someone of value, someone of hard work, someone who can be trusted, and someone who saw that his past wasn’t going to stop him from pursuing his dreams and making them into a reality. I was able to do all that within 2 years, I’m thrilled to see what life is going to look like 10 years from now!

What advice do you have for a new agent?

Give yourself a true chance to be great! All the potential is within you, but no one can do the work for you! An author once said “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start in order to ever be great!”  Here at Symmetry, the lifestyle you create and the income you create is going to be a direct reflection of the work you put in. We are an entry level sales position, so you don’t necessarily need all the sales skills or history in the industry, all you need is a humble/hungry mentality and a strong work ethic. Humble enough to learn, hungry enough to overcome any obstacles that make come your way, and the ability to put in the work!  NOW, GO!!!
