Devon Fleming is a senior executive with 30+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, and multi-media marketing across financial services, insurance, and retirement solutions. His career began on Wall Street, where he was part of Mike Bloomberg’s original U.S. sales team and later led sales at Dillon Read. After relocating to Connecticut, Devon launched a consulting agency serving luxury brands, nonprofits, and regional firms—while also publishing four books and advising hundreds of business leaders.

Following the successful exit of his agency, Devon returned to finance, representing engineering firms in investment banking before founding his latest venture in life insurance and retirement solutions.
