He and his wife, Cicily, realized that while they had time, they didn’t have the resources to live the life they truly wanted.
That realization led Ayres into the financial services industry, a move he initially resisted. With no degree, no sales background, and no corporate experience, he bet everything on his work ethic and willingness to learn. When he discovered Symmetry Financial Group, he found more than an opportunity. He found mentorship, culture, and a system that rewarded people for effort, not pedigree.
Through grit and growth, Ayres built what he once thought was impossible: a business that creates both time and financial freedom. The Newsom Agency became a reflection of his philosophy that success should never require a trade-off between performance and peace of mind.
