What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income?
Retail Store Manager- mainly clothing and grocery retail making $40k/year.
What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?

At first it was the people at Symmetry. The integrity and values I heard and could see being lived out. The opportunity to live life and build a business with people I want to spend more time with, not less.

How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?

I no longer depend on others for what my day, income, or impact is going to look like. I have the freedom of choice in my life and it’s dependent on me, my vision, and work ethic.

What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?

The ability to build a business where I can be equally present in my business as I am at home with family and friends. In the past year I took 4 vacations, was present at my daughter’s parent days at school, gave back to our community, and our business grew! I am now in the position to leave a true legacy for my family while living my life the way I design.

What advice do you have for a new agent?

Take full ownership at every turn and embrace the new agent struggles- it may be the lessons you need to learn to help push you to the next level. Don’t get caught in a comparison trap. Keep your head down, run your race, and when you look up we’ll be here to celebrate with you!
