Before partnering with the Delaney Agency, Hannah Grace Davis was a registered nurse working midnight shifts, every other weekend and holiday, earning around $50,000 a year. Despite her dedication, she often felt overworked and under fulfilled. Longing for freedom, flexibility, and the chance to build something of her own.

In August 2020, Hannah took a leap of faith and joined Symmetry Financial Group. What started as a career change quickly became a life transformation. “I wanted a career where I could work when I wanted, where I wanted, and have my income reflect the effort I put in,” she says.

She’s traveled across the world, from South Carolina and Mexico to her favorite destination, Banff, Canada through incentive trips and top-producer awards. “Winning the BMW trip as a new agent was surreal,” she recalls. “I stayed in a giant Airbnb with some of the best producers and leaders, complete with a personal chef. I’d never experienced anything like it.”

Now an Agency Owner and Elite Producer, Hannah measures success not just by her income, but by the freedom she’s earned. “I can wake up any day and decide what my day looks like: spend time with family, travel, or work on my business and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.”

Her advice for new agents is simple yet powerful: “Fall in love with the process. Don’t let your emotions dictate your actions. When it gets hard, remember why you started. Successful people don’t wait for motivation, they create it.”
