Before building a thriving agency within Symmetry Financial Group, Ian Graham spent years in coaching and leadership. Developing people, refining systems, and helping others reach their potential. But like many who find their way to Symmetry, he eventually realized there was a limit to how far traditional leadership could take him inside a system that wasn’t designed for personal freedom.
That changed when he discovered the Delaney and Pritchett hierarchy. What began as an opportunity to sell insurance quickly evolved into a platform for influence, mentorship, and growth. “I came here for income,” Ian says, “but I stayed for impact.”
Known for his clarity and conviction, Ian leads from the belief that growth starts with ownership: first of yourself, then of others. He often says leadership begins as self-development for self but matures into self-development for others. His philosophy is simple: who you become determines what you can build.
Through his work with top agents and agency owners, Ian has helped shape one of the most collaborative cultures in the Delaney organization. He’s known for asking hard questions, creating accountability, and reminding every new agent that this business is not taught, it’s caught. “You don’t grow by reading about success,” he says. “You grow by being around it.”
Under his leadership, hundreds of agents across the country have learned not just how to sell but how to lead – with empathy, discipline, and purpose. Ian believes the greatest measure of success is not how many people work for you, but how many grow because of you.
